Basic Function:
The Engagement Leader is responsible for managing large and complex client engagements and?supporting product development, marketing, and operations. Successful execution of this role will?require strong thought leadership as well as excellent communication and project management?skills.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute on SOW?s for all client engagements (Assists in project planning, resource allocation, and cost estimates)
- Work closely with the DriveFactor business development team to develop a scalable product line and effective client account management model.
- Leverage the CMO, CEO and Brokers/Sales Agents time in all aspects of sales, program design and delivery
- Educate clients on DriveFactor?s capabilities, with the aim of expanding revenues and product cross-sell where appropriate
- Develop deep, trusting, collaborative relationships with senior executives at client organizations.
- Ensure all aspects of client engagements are executed as planned, and effectively manage issues in cases where changes occur (act as single point of contact on all client engagements).
- Provides recommendations to address and resolve business issues.
- Develops and manages the implementation plan to ensure a quality product is delivered
- Provides reference and training materials to client organizations as required
- Assists with functional test prioritization including recommendations and risk evaluation.
- Works closely with sales organization to ensure pilot programs are managed closely and well executed
Qualifications/Experience:
- BA/BS Degree or MBA (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, at ease communicating frequently with Senior Executives at client organizations
- Experience leading large scale client engagements for technology and/or consulting firms
- In depth knowledge of technology and data management programs highly desirable
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High standard of professionalism and trust
- Thrive in unstructured environment with goal to build a new business
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
- Team player committed to helping all teammates achieve success with clients
- Flexibility for travel and contact during non-business hours
- Aptitude for problem solving and quantitative analysis

- Strong Project Management skills
- Position requires travel to customer locations (est. 25%-50%) in US and abroad
